1. Using this website
- You should be at least 18 to place an order, or order under the supervision of an adult.
- You are responsible for giving accurate and complete information at checkout.
- Using the website for any unlawful purpose is prohibited.
2. Products and photographs
- We make every effort to keep product photographs and descriptions accurate.
- Colours can appear slightly different depending on your screen. This is not considered a defect.
- Handmade and fashion jewellery can vary slightly from piece to piece.
- Our jewellery is fashion jewellery — it is not solid gold or silver unless a product page states so explicitly.
3. Pricing
- All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
- We may change prices at any time without prior notice.
- Delivery charges are added separately at checkout.
- If a technical error causes a product to display an incorrect price, we may cancel that order and refund any payment made.
4. Orders and acceptance
- Placing an order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed only once we confirm the order.
- We may decline an order — for example, if stock has run out, the address looks suspicious, or the customer has repeatedly refused Cash on Delivery parcels in the past.
- If an item is out of stock, we will tell you promptly and refund any payment received.
5. Payment
- We accept Cash on Delivery and bank transfer.
- For bank transfers, a payment receipt must be sent to us before the order is processed.
- Cash on Delivery parcels must be paid for in full, in cash, to the courier.
6. Delivery and returns

7. Intellectual property
The name, logo, photographs and written content on this website belong to us. Using, copying or republishing them elsewhere without permission is not allowed.
8. Limitation of liability
- Our liability is limited to the value of the order in question.
- We are not liable for courier delays, weather, strikes or other circumstances outside our control.
- We are not liable for skin reactions to fashion jewellery. If you have sensitive skin, wear a new piece for a short period first to see how your skin responds.
9. Your account
If you create an account, keeping your password secure is your responsibility, as is any activity that takes place through it.
10. Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms at any time. The revised version applies from the moment it is published on this page.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of Pakistani courts.
