Where we deliver
We deliver across Pakistan — Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar and Quetta, as well as smaller cities and towns wherever our courier partners operate.
How long delivery takes
- Order processing: 1 to 2 working days
- Major cities: 2 to 4 working days
- Smaller cities and remote areas: 4 to 7 working days
Public holidays, bad weather and courier delays can extend these timelines.
Delivery charges

The delivery charge is shown separately at checkout, alongside your order total. There are no hidden costs.
Payment methods
Cash on Delivery
This is how most of our customers pay. You hand the cash to the courier when the parcel arrives. Nothing is charged upfront.
One thing matters here: give us a phone number that is switched on. The courier calls before delivering. If the number is off or the call goes unanswered, the parcel comes back to us.
Bank transfer
If you prefer to pay in advance, bank transfer is accepted. We send you the account details once the order is placed, and the order moves into processing as soon as you send us the transfer receipt.
Tracking your order
Once the parcel is dispatched, we send you the courier’s tracking number by email or WhatsApp. You can use it on the courier’s website to follow your parcel.
If delivery fails
- Couriers usually attempt delivery three times. After that, the parcel is returned to us.
- Customers who repeatedly refuse Cash on Delivery parcels may be asked to pay in advance on future orders.
- If your parcel is running well past the estimated time, contact us and we will follow it up with the courier.
Getting the address right
Please write the full address at checkout — house or shop number, street, area, city, and a nearby landmark. We cannot take responsibility for delays caused by an incomplete or incorrect address.
