Questions about an order

If you are writing about an existing order, include these three things so we can help on the first reply:

  • Your order number
  • The name and phone number used to place the order
  • A short description of the problem

Bulk and reseller orders

If you run a shop, a boutique or an online resale page and want to order in quantity, email us with “Bulk Order” in the subject line. Rates depend on volume and we will send you a quote.

Complaints
